"If That Was Your Child”, what would you do to properly position your child for success? What would you do to make sure your child is college and career ready? In this educational and motivational session we will encourage your staff to envisioning that challenging child as their very own. We will discuss the 3 M’s of Motivation, the 3 L’s of Leadership, and the 5 I’s of Inspiration. This session uses a monologue that provokes each participants to see firsthand what it feels like to work with youth with a relentless attitude that looks beyond what they have done or how they appear and see underneath into who they can become. This powerful training will also help you and your staff to create a positive learning environment that will equip and empower your students with the ability to control their own behavior.
